I had a very disappointing experience at Al Sarh Medical Lab. I visited yesterday to do specific tests including CBC, liver enzymes, kidney enzymes, Prolactin, T3, T4, LSH, free testosterone, and total testosterone. At first, they told me there was a package that included most of these tests and I could pay the difference for the rest. I paid AED 525, expecting all the required tests to be covered. However, when I received the results, several tests were missing. When I raised the issue, instead of resolving it professionally, the staff blamed me, saying that I didn’t specify the exact tests clearly. This is unacceptable, especially when patients trust the lab to guide them correctly and ensure accuracy. Lack of transparency, poor communication, and unhelpful customer service made this a very frustrating experience. I left feeling cheated and disappointed. I do not recommend this lab if you are looking for reliability and professionalism.
The staff at the reception were very nice and knowledgeable. the reception area was clean and well maintained and there wasn't much of a waiting time considered I came without an appointment. The technician who drew blood was also very gentle and made sure the entire process was easy. Even the results came out within few hours. Would definitely get by other tests done here.
