My appointment was scheduled for 4:30 PM, and I arrived on time, but I was made to wait for over an hour while other patients who arrived after me were seen first. There was no clear communication or explanation for the delay. When it came time to receive my results, I informed the staff that I had another important commitment and couldn’t wait any longer. They assured me I would receive the results later, but I still haven’t received any update.
I believe this will be my last visit, especially since there are other labs with more professional administration available. We made the appointment a week in advance and also called the same morning to confirm it. However, when we arrived, another patient was already occupying our scheduled slot, which resulted in an additional 40-minute wait. I spoke with the owner regarding the issue, but I personally felt the concern was not handled professionally and I did not receive an apology. Infact, she wouldn't even let me express my complaint.
