Very bad experience with this pharmacy. We visited after consulting a doctor because we were suffering from a heavy fever. The pharmacist initially told us that only one or two medicines were approved by insurance and that he would give all the medicines together once everything was approved. Since we had a high fever, we waited there for some time. After waiting for a while, we left the pharmacy. Shortly after that, the pharmacist called us and said the medicines were approved and asked us to come and collect them. However, when we reached home and checked the medicines, we realized that paracetamol – the basic medicine for fever – was missing. Only after we contacted them did they inform us that it was rejected by insurance. This was never clearly communicated to us when we collected the medicines. We complained and they promised to deliver the medicine the next morning. We shared our exact pinned and typed location the previous day and requested them to deliver it early since the basic medicine was missing. But the medicine was not delivered in the morning as promised. When we called again in the afternoon, they finally delivered it much later. They also claimed their delivery driver had come earlier and rung the bell, which is not true. We were at home the whole time and nobody came or rang the bell. Very poor communication and irresponsible service, especially when patients are suffering from high fever and need basic medication.
Signage says it’s closing at 10pm but we were there to get medicines at 9:30 it was closed.. very professional people.. 😏
Honestly very good phrmacy having lot of products. Pharmacy timing 8 to 12 am is very helpful for us…
