Horrible place. I wanted to do my nails as I was showing her the nail design she left and never came back. Also took the stylist OVER TWO HOURS for a very simple hairstyle. I am very disappointed and never ever coming back to this terrible salon.

I walked around and I found a beautiful Salon in the perfect time. Malo is incredible excellent in her service she welcomed me and give me the best service with manicure. The staff are quite friendly and seriously it’s worth every dirham 💗
Terrible customer service and very unorganized. I called in last week to book an appointment for today. Called them today to confirm the timing. No answer first two times I called and no call back. I go to their whatsapp they keep me waiting saying they are checking for my details and write me back after an hour that there is no appointment and saying it is IMPOSSIBLE they booked me today as they are full for two weeks. I showed them my call log and they still kept saying it’s impossible I was booked in, when for a fact I was told I was booked in for today the 17th. If the lady who booked me didn’t know the schedule that is not my problem, and instead of apologizing they deny that there was even a mistake.
