He personally guided me to the correct counter and even accompanied me to ensure I received the help I needed. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, professional, and respectful. At each stage of the process, someone was there to guide me step by step, making everything simple and stress-free. Despite the center being very busy, the entire operation ran smoothly. I could see staff members helping everyone efficiently, regardless of their nationality or language. There was a strong sense of teamwork and care throughout the facility. One particular moment really impressed me. An Indian lady was having difficulty understanding the instructions because of the language barrier. The staff member assisting her patiently tried to help, and when the lady still seemed unsure, the security officer used the walkie-talkie to inform the staff downstairs that she would be coming and might need extra assistance. That level of attention, communication, and teamwork was remarkable. It showed how much they genuinely care about every visitor. Another thing that surprised me was the speed of the service. I was informed that my results would take approximately three to four days. However, I received my results on the very same evening. I was honestly amazed by how efficient and organized the entire process was. Throughout my visit, everyone was smiling, welcoming, and respectful. People thanked visitors, wished them well, and created a positive atmosphere that made a medical procedure feel much more comfortable than expected. The service was impressively fas. I completed my lab test in less than 10 minutes. The staff were absolutely amazing: cheerful, helpful and extremely accommodating from the reception desk to the team assisting inside. Clear instructions were given at every step, so there was no confusion at all and someone was always available to help. The overall experience felt more like being in a hotel than a medical center.
