I am absolutely amazed! I visited the clinic today, and from the reception team to the assessment staff, X-ray department, and doctors, everyone was highly professional. I've been living in Satwa for many years, so I've seen how much the clinic has improved compared to before. Although the clinic is always busy, there have been significant improvements to the system, which made the waiting process much more comfortable and organized. I would also like to thank the person handling the WhatsApp customer care service. You were incredibly helpful and made the entire experience even better. What impressed me most was that I experienced low blood pressure during my treatment and was not able to receive an injection immediately. Even though the clinic had already closed, the doctor and nurses continued to monitor my condition, check my blood pressure, and care for me until I was stable. They never seemed rushed and genuinely prioritized my safety and well-being. It was my first time visiting this clinic(Al Noor PolyClinic Satwa) and I had a very good experience. Ancy Sunny is a very kind, professional, and helpful girl. I initially paid for an eye examination consultation, which was quite expensive, but I was okay with it. However, Ancy went out of her way to help me by arranging a referral from the doctor, even though there was a queue of patients waiting. Because of her effort and kindness, I was able to save money. She is very polite, caring, and truly supportive towards patients. Excellent customer service and a very positive attitude. Highly appreciated and highly recommended.
