Al Noor Polyclinic Deira

I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Al Noor Poly Clinic. I consulted an orthopedic doctor who advised me to take an X-ray and then asked me to wait 10 days for physio insurance approval. I waited patiently, but even after 15 days there was no update. When I followed up, I was shocked to be told that I need to consult the doctor again instead of getting any proper response or progress on my case. This clearly shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism. It feels like the clinic is unnecessarily delaying the process and misusing insurance rather than genuinely caring about patients. To make matters worse, the receptionist later called and informed me that my insurance is not working, which contradicts what I was told earlier. The communication is poor, disorganized, and highly unprofessional. The overall service is unacceptable — long delays, no accountability, and careless handling of patients. I strongly feel this clinic is not trustworthy and does not value patients’ time or health. I will be filing a complaint with the DHA for further action. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

I had a very positive experience at this clinic. The overall service was professional, efficient, and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The staff were courteous and made the visit smooth and comfortable. I would especially like to mention Ms. Arya for her outstanding support and excellent customer service. She was kind, attentive, and very helpful throughout the process, making sure everything was handled efficiently. Her professionalism and warm attitude truly stood out and made a great impression. The doctors in the ENT and Ophthalmology departments were also excellent—knowledgeable, professional, and attentive. Their care and expertise gave me great confidence and made the overall experience even better.

I highly recommend Dr. Johns Abraham at Al Noor Polyclinic, Deira. I started my treatment with him two months ago when I was diagnosed with high sugar, cholesterol, and a fatty liver. Thanks to his excellent treatment and guidance, my sugar levels are absolutely perfect and under control now! Beyond his medical expertise, he is extremely polite, caring, and listens to his patients with great patience. He gave me the best advice and treated me with utmost respect.
