The center is absolutely great. The reception staff were so helpful and Maryam is absolutely kind and patient with everyone. Also Sammika managed the crowd so well. I truly reccomend this center. It’s the best place to get medical done in my experience.

From reception to the medical staff and doctors, everyone was courteous, well-organized, and highly professional. The service was fast and exceeded my expectations. First time to the centre and I was warmly greeted by the lady at the reception ( sorry forgot to take her name) who was very pleasant, helpful and efficiently handled my appointment. Rest of the staff were also polite and my medical test was done within 5 minutes. The follow up messages and emails were so quick. I would highly recommend this centre. Overall a pleasant first time experience. Five Stars.
I really tried not to leave a negative review, but this is now my third bad experience in three years at this center. I waited about an hour and a half just to complete tests that took only 10 minutes. While Dubai continues to excel in first-class customer service, this center still struggles with system issues and poor organization. That said, there are still some good staff members—like Nurse Mark—who provide the support and professionalism that customers appreciate.
