I saw rating of 3.9 and it shocked me. Seriously this place is much better than just a mere 3.9! I have been visiting this place for long now. My family too... Never had any issues here. Perfectly clean, quiet place when you visit in the afternoon. Mornings can be busy I guess. The doctor, team of nurses, security guard including cleaners were kind. I guess what stands out here is how clean the place is. Thank you Dubai health for the service and for your constant striving to improve patient satisfaction.
Miss Soumya was very kind, generous and professional. She repeated all instructions multiple times and made sure we understood all that was required to know. She was following all protocols and helped us first time parents with our daughters 6 month vaccination. A big thank you to Miss Soumya. A very big thank you to the lady at the registration counter who was so kind and well mannered. A wonderful and seamless experience.

She treated my father with so much care and kindness, taking the time to explain everything in detail and making sure we understood how to take care of his wound at home. I just got my suture/clip removal today and all i can say that the place were so clean, nurse are very accommodation and hospitable. ost Lastly, the nurse who remove my wounds stables did her job so near with so much care! Highly recommended clinic! i never regret coming on this place.
