I highly recommend Jessa, the laser specialist at Al-Manara Specialized Medical Center. She is honestly one of the best professionals I’ve ever dealt with in laser treatment. I’ve been to many clinics before, and my case was always difficult because I have very sensitive/soft skin with extremely hard and thick beard hair, especially on the neck area. Every previous clinic I tried ended up burning my skin, leaving bruises, irritation, and poor results. Since I started my laser sessions with Jessa about a year and a half ago, everything completely changed. From the very first session, she took the time to properly analyze my skin and beard, explained my condition clearly, and set realistic expectations. She was honest and told me that I wouldn’t get instant results, but that with patience and the right approach, we would get there step by step. She customized the treatment specifically for my skin and beard type, and the results speak for themselves. Today, I only need one maintenance session every 4–5 months, my beard is clean, my skin is healthy, and I don’t need to visit salons anymore at all purely because of her expertise. I’ve tried multiple laser places before, and none of them gave me results like Jessa did. The results have honestly been amazing. What I really appreciate is how much she cares and how closely she follows up. she anlso asks me every session how the results are and makes sure everything is going well. She’s also incredibly kind, welcoming, and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and their results. One star is even too much for this clinic ! Rude reception, bad management , bad smell in whole clinic and very poor service !!!! I received a free voucher for 1 area Botox and after confirming my booking they telling me voucher is not valid due to date and asking me to pay ! Since I came all the way down there I agree to pay but Dr is playing games with me that a forehead is not considered 1 area 😂😂😂 although I didn’t want any of corner eyes to be touched!!! It’s all about the money not any costumer satisfaction what so ever ! Do yourself a favor and go to any other clinic in dubai in which at least you are treated with respect and clarity of your booking .
