I've been a regular customer of this pharmacy for over two years, and I regularly buy large quantities of medication from them. Recently, I purchased about 32 Evitrell injections, and after consulting my doctor, I learned that I don't need four additional doses. I was surprised that the pharmacy refused to accept returns or offer any compensation, even though they could resell the injections. I felt that their approach was purely commercial and didn't consider the needs of regular customers like myself. I appreciate the good service and fair treatment, and I hope that the pharmacy will improve its handling of such situations in the future.

I was visiting the UAE during a short trip, and I had a great experience at this pharmacy. The service was excellent, and the place was very clean and well-organized. I would especially like to thank Dr. Ezzat for his professionalism and friendly attitude. He was extremely helpful, took the time to listen, and explained everything clearly. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and loves his work as a pharmacist .
