Terrible staff ever meet in my life. Very untidy place. I cannot imagine they provide hygiene relating services. Smelled terrible. I paid by the online payment link with international card. Confirmed with my bank of payment success. The cashier mentioned of not receiving money. This staff criticized and yelled at me of playing him. I am at police station right now. Please be aware of your payment. Don’t come to this fitness center. Al quoze medical center offer very nice experience.
Kindly change your HR Saeed Anwar. He has no sense of human resource management. He makes the employees wait. I ask the higher management to look into his credentials and if he even eligible to become an HR of a place like that. He is treating British citizens like we are from a third world country.
I had a great experience at Al Karama Medical Fitness Center. The facility is very well managed with excellent cleanliness and organization. The sitting area is spacious and comfortable, washrooms are clean, and they even have a prayer room which is very thoughtful for visitors. The staff is professional and cooperative, guiding each step properly. The process was fast and smooth, with no unnecessary delays. Overall, a very pleasant experience. Highly recommended for anyone needing medical fitness services in Dubai!
Very fast service at this visa Centre in karama, maybe one of the best in Dubai. The process was smooth and well organized - less assistance was needed thanks to the clear lines marked on the floor. Yet staffs were very helpful and polite. Appreciate Miss Dutchie for her assistance, Very nice experience overall
5 stars for the gentleman at the ID renewal. Zero Zero stars for the arrogant, unprofessional man at the health counter (maybe Pakistani). Personally derogatory comments on the appearance are certainly not part of his profession.
