Extremely rude behavior of the Arabic lady assigned in X-ray room for female area. She acts as if she owns the clinic! Unprofessional and very impolite. I regret choosing this clinic because of her. No basic courtesy of greeting the customer, very hostile, keeps telling the customer "I told you", "why you did not wait for me".. but doesn't really give clear and proper instructions. Even after showing respect and saying thank you to her, she just look with angry face. I hope action will be taken!

Overall it's good easy to reach and well organized time management is good but kindly tell your staff to behave professionally not by nationalities. I visited there 12-05-2025 (06:00pm) for OHC Medical test and the guy upstairs in the cabin is very rude. There was a local boy sitting inside i haven't seen him and I just enter inside the cabin and suddenly he starts shouting at me. Even he know it was accidentally happened if I see this another client I will never enter inside till he comes out. Teach them how to talk professionally still I have apologized with him but his behavior is so bad.

His welcoming smile and genuine care make every visit a pleasant experience. Truly an outstanding receptionist and a great asset to the medical center.
I had the worst experience when it comes to blood extraction in Room L6. Initially, I was greeted with a rude and impatient attitude. By the time my blood was extracted, I could see and feel the struggle he's experiencing to the point that I would question if he knows what he is doing. The areas where he extracted my blood got bruised and didn't even bother to apologize for the discomfort that I had to go through with his method.
