I can honestly say this was one of the best dental experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, everything was smooth. Dr. Othman is amazingly fast he did the extraction much quicker than I expected, but still with such care that I barely felt any pain. He took the time to explain what he was going to do, checked during the procedure that I was okay, and made sure to be gentle. The receptionist and the rest of the staff were great , they greeted me warmly, helped me with paperwork, responded kindly to my questions, and always made me feel at ease. After the extraction, I experienced minimal pain and very little swelling. Dr. Firas gave me aftercare instructions that were clear, realistic, and actually helpful which I really appreciated. It made recovery much more manageable than I expected.
