This is a very late review, but I still wanted to express my gratitude. On June 22, 2025, around 2:28 AM, I went to the Al Barsha Health Center because a small ring got stuck on my pinky finger and I was really worried. Even in the middle of the night, the nurses and doctors were incredibly kind, calm, and professional. They patiently helped remove the ring and made sure I was okay the whole time. What really stayed with me was how caring and reassuring they were during such a stressful moment for me. I truly appreciate the compassion and dedication they showed, especially at that hour. Thank you for being there and helping people even in the middle of the night. I’m very grateful for the care I received. 🙏🏻

There is no clear appointment system for treatment rooms, so patients are simply asked to wait — sometimes up to an hour. What is particularly frustrating is that although there are multiple treatment rooms, most patients seem to be allocated to one room, creating unnecessary congestion and long delays while other rooms appear underutilized. Overall, you should be prepared to wait up to 1.5 hours between registration and treatment. While the facility looks good, the waiting time and lack of efficient coordination significantly affect the patient experience. This process clearly needs improvement.
I was there on Monday night, around 12:36 am. I had an infection in my ring finger. And this Indian nurse administered me an injection on my buttocks. Its been almost 6 days but the numbness around my buttocks running through my hips, and yesterday to my leg is getting worst everyday. I wasnt paying attention the first couple of days thinking that its probably just the medicine doing its job. But upon observing it, it feel like it getting worst. Now, im contacting you but you seem tooo busy to even reply to an 'emergency' in your whatsapp.
Excellent service from the pharmacy department, especially Safeeth Kamal. He was very helpful and proactive in assisting with my request and made sure my approval was processed quickly and smoothly. Truly appreciate his efficiency and professionalism.
Great experience!! Went there at 7pm after a dog bit me regarding Rabies vaccination. From the first until the ladt minute a lovely experience, receptionists, nurses, doctor, everyone warm and welcoming, helpful and very friendly. A warm thank you to everyone!!!
