Quite pleased with the service provided! Had gone for a covid 19 test due to an impending travel plan. Arrived at 10am, finished by 10.45, got an sms the same day at night! Unfortunately, couldn't find a way out to print it out online, so drove the next day to get a printed copy from them. Nice reception staff and very sweet nurse (who was conducting the test) as well! Didn't wait in the queue for long either (I might have gotten lucky there). Job well done!
The results of PCR Covid test takes longer than expected/advertised (48hrs) so if you still haven’t received the Email which is required to travel out of the country, just keep calling customer service. We needed to call multiple times till we received the Email. Also with same timing of PCR testing, emails for me and my mate differed around 2 hours.
They were a delight at the clinic, COVID test done by a very nice professional physician. HOWEVER, calling customer service is an absolute NIGHTMARE I’ve been on the phone for 40 min and still waiting for someone to pick up. I was assured I would receive my result by text and e-mail which obviously didn’t happen and i only received it via text, so I am trying to get it because I need it to board my plane.
I recently had a COVID test done here and the service was amazing. I was worried because I was required to do a covid test last week too at another hospital and that was not a good experience for me. However, here, everything was smooth and quick. Mr. Hassan and Mr. AbdulAziz were in charge of my appointment and they made sure to doublecheck my details and were very polite. As a hospital, it’s important to make your customers feel safe and secure and I felt that they did this very well.
I went to check with doc for my chest burning and she evaluated me that I got acidity and asked me to do pregnancy tests... which was absolutely nonsense. Then second day I did my covid test and I found out I’m positive ... This place will be the least place that I go for checkup my health.
