I visited Al Noor Polyclinic today and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire staff was welcoming, well-organized, and respectful. Everything was handled smoothly — from the reception to the nursing team. They made sure I was comfortable and guided me throughout the process. A special thanks to Dr. Muhammad Bilal, who truly went above and beyond. He was extremely professional, compassionate, and attentive. He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt reassured and informed about my treatment. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such personal care with outstanding medical expertise. I want to file a complain regarding to your receptionist name ashimitika and the 2 indian guy i forgot the name of the 2 guy. This is the very first time i will write a complain because i am also working as a customer service but the attitude of your receptionist are very very disappointed their are very rude.I just do a visit last june 1 2026 because i am pregnant i already tell them they said i need to do first for the GP (General Practitioner) and i did then the GP gave me a referral for gynecologist then it was ok i did the blood test and it came positive i am pregnant. The next day i came back for ultra sound the receptionist gave me a appointment for the gynecologist then after i need to do for ultra sound suddenly they said it was not all covered my insurance then they said i need to pay for the check up for your gynecologist. My question is what is your protocol regarding the insurance are you letting the customer to do the check up first then you will tell to the customer to pay or are you inform them first before the check up? Really i am very disappointed they told me that i need to pay the 150dirhams and they shouted at me i tell them why they didn't tell me first that my insurance is not covered my check up before letting me to see the doctor? They said you need to pay first the consultation and shouted at me how many times that time i didn't bring any money with me because i know that i will not pay anything i feel so embarrassed that time because all of them shouted at me and insisted me to pay the consultation fee. June 18. 2026 i came back again because my insurance is already fixed. I go to the reception to do an appointment to the gynecologist i am waiting for 30 mns then i ask the receptionist for follow up because its almost 30 mns, the receptionist guy ask me "mam what is your status in your insurance?" then i told him that i am married you can check and ask for approval, then what i did is i call my insurance itself to clarify the insurance said no one is filing for approval means for 30 minutes they didn't even file my application for approval to the insurance. The insurance representative talk to your receptionist and confirm that i can proceed for check up to the gynecologist. Should we really (the customer) call the insurance for approval? or your receptionist work is that? Then i proceed to the gynecologist for check up then after the gynecologist told me that i need to do the ultrasound and wait for the approval this ashmitika gave to my husband the paper indicated that all the request from the gynecologist is not approved and i need to pay for everything. Then AGAIN i call the insurance to clarify it that time i am very very disappointed because why she is always acting like that shouting to the us (me) and frowning while talking to us like we are not telling the truth. Then the insurance agent said its approved why she gave me a list that i need to pay but its already approved?. Why shes always angry while talking to us? She is not a good customer service. I will really appreciate if you will escalate this to your higher management because really she is not a good customer service.

I had a great experience at the clinic. After just 5 sessions, I’m already very happy with the results... A special thank you to Neiro she is amazing, very professional, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire session. She pays attention to detail and always explains everything clearly. I also want to thank the reception team for being friendly and welcoming, and the cleaner is especially kind and lovely. Overall, excellent service from everyone. Highly recommended!
