I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Eman Mohamed for her exceptional service and outstanding professionalism. I visited for a medical check-up, and she assisted me with great care and attention. She also noticed a cut on my hand by coincidence and immediately brought a sanitizer and gauze to help me without hesitation. In addition, she supported me throughout the process and ensured my procedure was completed smoothly. She truly demonstrated kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She absolutely deserves a full five-star rating.
The receptionist is treating well, after that in counter 21 there is a Philippine lady i wasn't able to get her name, She is behaving rude atleast teach her how to treat the people. We expect respect for getting the service done.

I recently visited EHS to apply for a copy of my birth certificate, which I had lost nearly 20 years ago. From the start, the service was incredibly smooth and efficient. Miss Khadija handled my application with great professionalism and care. She even followed up personally to inform me that my request had been approved and that I could collect the certificate from DHA. The entire process was straightforward, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and follow-up. Thank you, EHS, and special thanks to Miss Khadija for making this process so easy!
Could have been a world class service but it's being undone by cheap service providers in terms of security. I've been told after paying for an attestation delivery service that my documents are in a different location and I can pick it up if I go there before 7:30 pm. I speed in traffic and make it with 25 mins to spare to have the security close the door. When I showed him the message about 7:30 he yelled at me telling me that he doesnt know who the messagw is from and told me to go home and come tomorrow morning with rude hand gestures before walking away with no care in rhe world. Luckily their supervisor Mr. Marwan later came to hand over my documents which could have resulted (if missed) to lose my visa slot. He was their saving grace but not enough for this rude and abysmal experience. Update: after receiving the below reply to call a number,I did and they didn't know what I was referring to or what topic am I talking about. So the reply was just "a show".
