Today I will visit biometric medical center barsha there managing transgard securities It's very very very bad attitude shouting people's I think We attempted to discuss the issue in a calm manner. If the mistake was on our side, we were open to being informed and willing to correct it in the future, and we expected to be advised on a proper solution. However, the government staff member behaved in an arrogant and impolite manner, raised her voice, and told us to go to another center and not to return here.
Had a very nasty experience here,The work of 2 security guards is very worrisome,I arrived at 8 am in the morning and left at 12 pm,Nowhere has there been such a disgusting government department,Please avoid visiting Al barha center,Super everywhere else center
I went for fingerprints there and there is no proper Male & Female line and security should need to be polite. There is no washroom , as I ask to security, he said there is no washroom so sorry . Lack of informative sign boards .
Not sure about the Male workers but both Female employees at the desk were extremely rude for no reason, don’t expect good customer service when you go here
