I visited the clinic to take appointment for my 2 month old for circumcision. The doctor who consulted did not even look at the baby and referred me to dubai hospital. After visiting the hospital I came to know that they do circumcision only for 12 years and above. Why was I referred to Dubai hospital if they dont do it. Why was the consultation fee charged when she did not even look at my son. I want a refund for the consultation. I have already shared my concern on the phone to a rep. No one has connected with me yet.
Best health center in Dubai, fast and quick service with helpful staff, super friendly clean atmosphere. Feels like entering a luxury hotel and getting the best experience possible especially with an infant. All my babies vaccinations were given there by the staff who are very nice and supportive❤️🫶🏻 thank you for the hospitality and great service ❤️🙏 HIGHLY APPRECIATED AND RECOMMENDED
I had a really disappointing experience. I spent two hours there and walked away feeling like I’d been passed around without getting proper help. Being charged 200 for essentially nothing was frustrating, and the staff member at Counter 1 was quite rude, which made the whole visit unpleasant. It’s a shame because that kind of behavior affects how I feel about the entire service. I can’t recommend it, unfortunately.

Dr. Dina treated my son with such kindness, patience, and motherly care that immediately put him at ease. Visiting the dentist can often be stressful for children, but thanks to Dr. Dina’s gentle approach and professionalism, my son felt comfortable and safe throughout the treatment. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the staff was welcoming and supportive. I really appreciate the time Dr. Dina took to explain everything clearly and to make sure both my son and I felt reassured. Thank you, Dr. Dina, and all the staff for going above and beyond.
