Amazing experience at Al Andalus! I received an excellent treatment from Zahir, the barber. He was professional, attentive, and really took his time to make sure everything was perfect. The haircut and beard trim were done with great precision, and the overall service felt premium from start to finish. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back!

I recently visited your spa for a Hammam experience, expecting an authentic Turkish bath as requested. However, what I received was a Moroccan bath, which follows a different procedure. Having experienced Turkish baths in both Turkey and the UAE, I noticed distinct differences in the treatment, which did not align with my expectations. Additionally, the water temperature was uncomfortably hot, particularly after the steam bath. Traditionally, a cooler rinse is essential to close the pores and refresh the body. The absence of a cold shower option left me feeling sweaty and uncomfortable, even in the rest area. While the attendant was professional, the overall experience did not meet the standards of a proper Turkish Hammam. To improve, I recommend: 1. Clearly distinguishing between Turkish and Moroccan bath services to set accurate guest expectations. 2. Providing a cold shower option for post-steam cooling, as this is a vital part of the Hammam ritual. Without these adjustments, I may not return or recommend your Hammam service. I hope this feedback helps enhance the professionalism and authenticity of your offerings. Best regards,
