The gym equipment is damaged and poorly maintained, and there is a clear lack of concern for equipment quality and member safety. I have reported this issue many times before. I was promised that the equipment would be replaced starting from 25 August 2025, but nothing has been done until now. This ongoing negligence is unacceptable and creates a serious safety risk for members. A gym should prioritize safety, maintenance, and customer trust, which unfortunately is not happening here. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of action and accountability. I do not recommend this gym unless immediate improvements are made
The gym is outstanding with its facilities, essentials are there, not that as of fancy as other commercial gyms around Dubai. Staff are very friendly and accommodating, feels like a home when you come. They are a community based gym. Classes offered are not very common as the other gyms around. Not too crowded gym. they have Changing rooms and Sauna.
Very bad experience , Please take care of your belongings as I've lost my golden ring while it was kept in a safe place and I didn't get it back as there's no cameras Please keep your valuable things at home

Fantastic gym in JVC! The personal trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable, creating a positive vibe. My wife and I love the atmosphere, and we've already seen great results. Highly recommend for a welcoming and effective fitness experience!
