I was very disappointed because I went to the reception to say that I wanted to have a laboratory test, but the man didn’t even respond to me. Then someone else arrived, and he talked to that person instead. I repeated myself, but he still ignored me. Another person came, and again he chose to talk to them. The service was very bad—it was really disappointing how the receptionist treated me. I felt like I was treated like a dog and just walked away. It was a thin man with a mustache who was sitting there at that time.
I had my consultation with this clinic today for having fever, back pain, cough and cold. Its so bad that the vital signs they got from me is only blood pressure, BLOOD PRESSURE ONLY! No temperature, weight and etc. and they didn’t even wrote it down in my medical report as well. The doctor is nice but i just didn’t get her prescription for me she wrote down the antibiotic for infection without even checked my throat if its swollen or infected but its not.😔 Too bad I’m not satisfied with their service. And also the receptionist was so silly. Someone paid through card before me, but when I was about to pay, he said cash only, they don’t have card payments, what was that? I told him that the card payment was made before me he didn’t say anything he just took my card and then kalas. So silly brother😑.
I am Giving 5stars because of Dr hasna hopefully I spell her name correctly. She’s very good with listening to her patient. And the inching medicine she prescribed for me worked perfectly. I just want to appreciate her for work weldone and for being a good listener. Thank you❤️
Currently now in the clinic. Just asked the man in the reception (the one with mustache and glasses) to follow up my name in the que coz i had given my ID since 5:30pm. Now its past 7pm and told that he MISSED my name out letting other patients go to the doctor's room before me. Doctors and other staffs are good. Very poor service only from that department that took the overall rating of all.
