06/03/26 - 2nd visit I recently visited for my own prescriptions, but after experiencing such wonderful service, I knew this was the right place to bring my Husband when he needed medication too, and they didn’t disappoint! Hamsa was amazing! What really stood out was his holistic approach rather than jumping straight to medication, he thoughtfully suggested natural alternatives first, like manuka honey as a natural antibiotic. He also went above and beyond helping us navigate the supplements section, offering alternative brands and comparing options. His knowledge was impressive, and he shared it all with such warmth and patience. To top it off, he kindly gave us some complimentary lozenges and samples, which was a lovely touch. We’re so grateful to have found a pharmacy with staff who genuinely care. Hamsa is a real asset to the team, we’ll definitely be back! 04/03/26 - 1st visit Outstanding service from Jad and his team at the Souq Extra branch (DSO)! They were incredibly helpful in sorting out my prescriptions, always warm and friendly throughout the process. When one of my medications wasn’t available in stock, they went above and beyond by sourcing it from another chemist and arranging free delivery straight to my home. I even forgot to provide my location details initially, but they proactively followed up to get everything right and ensure smooth delivery. Their customer service is awesome, efficient, caring, and reliable. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend them to anyone in Dubai!
