super service! They arrived EXACTLY on time & they were very sweet & helpful, I had a minor issue about something and the team sorted it out in no time! They come fully prepared with DHA doctors and nurses and you don’t have to lift a finger! and they’re so friendly which makes the ambience so relaxing & fun whilst getting an IV drip done!
I just want to state that I live in Dubai, and love Dubai. I do not, and would not say anything to negatively impact any company in Dubai. During this time, the country has looked after everyone better than I could have ever expected. Now on this company AIMS Healthcare I think it's important to write this review, for others to understand as they are a private company: I enquired about a home visit- I was told the cost would be 199 AED for the consultation and anything else would be extra. So I expected additional costs- because this is a home visit. When they arrived, for ear cleaning I was quoted: - AED 350 for the consultation - AED 2,300 for ear cleaning (manually) - AED 900 for the autoscope - AED 600 for ear drops So basically 1,000 Euros for ear cleaning. We politely refused the rest of the tests we had planned with ears and throat. I decided not to proceed as the total cost was significantly higher than I expected for this type of treatment in Dubai. I do believe these costs are 5-10x higher than what they should be, Sharing this so others can be aware of pricing before booking.
