From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was serene, professional, and beautifully calming. I had a pedicure and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had — relaxing, meticulous, and deeply rejuvenating. A special mention to my therapist Sumitra — what an amazing lady! She was incredibly skilled, kind, and attentive to every detail, making the entire treatment feel truly luxurious. Her professionalism and gentle touch turned a simple pedicure into a full spa experience.
located in Grand Hyatt , I went for a Gym session and the place was very clean and tidy , there are sufficient trademills and equipment of high quality spread over 2 separate rooms , it is tied to an indoor pool that is quite big and has a jacuzzi, it is an adult pool from 5 pm till 11 pm while kids can come supervised from 11am till 5 pm , the place is very relaxing and easily connected for a gym pool back to room session
The spa is not too clean. The hygine level is just ok.
It was another great stay. Everyone at the pool was very accommodating, especially Pramuddha and Alexander. Our wishes were read from our lips. We would love to come back. Everyone is very friendly, especially to children.
Highly appreciate The life guard in the indoor pool Mr Jung , who always provides best advice. Also, I want to appreciate Mr Zeeshan and Ms Cristina at the front desk for their outstanding care and hospitality for guests. I and my family are coming here for 7 years, never had a bad day.
