I’d love to give a big shoutout to AG Care Medical Center in Dubai Silicon Oasis especially to the wonderful lady Ann who’s been handling my laser hair removal sessions. I’ve been to the clinic about five or six times now, and the experience has been fantastic. The environment is super positive, and the reception team is always so friendly and welcoming. Plus, their prices are great, and they use really advanced, painless laser machines. Honestly, I’ve tried laser treatments at other clinics in Dubai before, but I never got such good results. After just two sessions here, I can already see a visible difference. Ann is super supportive, knowledgeable, and polite, and she really makes the whole process easy and comfortable. Highly recommend AG Care if you’re looking for top-notch service!

Excellent & professional skin care service. I did lazer beard shaping and the results was extremely good, the technician Mr. Jomar is very professional and skilled. Within three months my beard got a perfect shape and no regular shaves at all.

Deitecian Hanine Hammad is really very good , She will get the things done from you, whatever requires to get result . At the same time she has got good diet plans , which will help you even more. On that she adds her personal touch . So I do recommend her to everyone who requires her help .

I have been a loyal client at this beauty center for over two years, and I’ve always appreciated the quality of the services. However, I feel very disappointed with the repeated negative experiences I’ve had with one particular Arabic receptionist. Despite being Arabic myself, I consistently feel uncomfortable and discriminated against whenever I deal with her. Her attitude is rushed, unprofessional, and unwelcoming. On more than one occasion, her aggressive manner and lack of understanding of my needs forced me to cancel my appointment altogether. Instead of listening and trying to help, her main focus seems to be pushing for higher payments rather than providing proper customer service or understanding what the client is actually looking for. This behavior does not reflect the standard of the center and has negatively affected my overall experience. I truly hope management addresses this issue, as long-term clients should feel respected, comfortable, and valued at all times.
