One of the most unprofessional companies I have dealt with. After 6 years with them I decided to leave for the following reasons: 1. Hair is synthetic and loses color in 3 days 2. Hairline is extremely visible and can see it’s “fake” 3. I paid for a one year package. However, when informing them I’m leaving, they cut my package down to 9 months even though I had paid upfront for the year. I STRONGLY suggest seeking the many alternatives out there and not falling into their marketing schemes “we are the best” when this has most definitely not been my experience.
