This was my first time visiting the center, and I was truly impressed by the kindness, compassion, and professionalism of everyone I encountered. I recently had a PET scan, and I can honestly say that the service was excellent from the moment I arrived until the time I left. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to the reception staff for their assistance, patience, and warm welcome. Your efforts made the entire process much easier and more comfortable for me. Special thanks as well to my fellow Filipinos who helped and assisted me before my PET scan. Your care and support meant a lot to me. For the first time, on February 23rd, 2026, I visited the Advanced Care Oncology Center. From the very first moment I arrived, the reception team welcomed me with an incredibly warm and sincere attitude. After checking in, a highly professional nurse in the nursing section prepared me by measuring my blood pressure, gathering reports, and getting me ready to meet Dr. Mohammad Hassan Heidari. When I met Dr. Mohammad Hassan Heidari, he spoke to me with such openness and clarity that as I left his office, I felt as if I had already been healed—I no longer had cancer. This sense of hope and peace that I received from Dr. Heidari. And the entire team was truly extraordinary. I am deeply grateful to each and every one of them. Thanks and Regards. The staff are truly kind, professional, and supportive I genuinely appreciate their care. However, my only complaint and disappointment is regarding punctuality and time management. I travel all the way from Ajman to Jebel Ali, which takes almost two hours. My therapy appointment is scheduled at 1:45 PM, and I make sure to arrive by 1:30 PM as instructed. Unfortunately, the sessions consistently start much later, sometimes around 2:15 or 2:20 PM. What makes it more frustrating is receiving calls about delays or machine issues when I am already near the clinic. As a patient already going through a difficult treatment process, repeated delays add unnecessary stress — especially while balancing work commitments and long travel time. I sincerely hope the management improves scheduling and communication, as better time coordination would greatly enhance the overall patient experience.
I would highly recommend Dr. Tarek Alkhouri. I went there to get a second opinion for my mother's diagnosis and he was super attentive and caring. Knowing that my mother was being treated in a different country, he shared with me the best practices and tips to ensure the doctors follow the right protocol to increase the chances of a successful outcome.
