I am extremely dissatisfied with the service at Advanced Care Medical Centre. The registration and billing system is poorly organized, inefficient, and completely unprofessional. There is no proper management or coordination, and even with multiple staff members at the counter, the process is painfully slow. It feels like basic patient handling is not taken seriously. The work management is very disappointing, and the overall system needs serious improvement. The nurses’ behavior was also unacceptable — rude, disrespectful, and lacking basic patient care attitude. In a medical facility, professionalism and compassion are essential, but unfortunately, that was not the case here. It is very concerning that patients without connections are forced to wait for hours, no matter how ill they are. This kind of service is not acceptable in any healthcare center. Management should urgently review their system, staff behavior, and patient priority process. Until major improvements are made, I cannot recommend this facility to anyone.

Very disappointing and the worst experience I have ever had at any medical facility. Before coming to see the doctor, on Monday, I called the facility to confirm the availability of the Orthopedic doctor. I was informed by the team that the doctor would be on duty and available from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM. Based on this confirmation, I reached the facility at 01:50 PM. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the doctor was not available due to a public holiday. Today, I came again to see the doctor because I am suffering from lower back pain, which is also causing pain in my legs. Unfortunately, I received the same disappointment from the team. The service is very slow, and the staff’s handling and communication need significant improvement. Patients are coming with health concerns and require proper attention, timely information, and professional support. Most importantly, the doctor I specifically came to consult arrived at the clinic at 02:40 PM instead of the communicated time of 02:00 PM. This caused further delay and inconvenience. I was waiting for the token more then 2 hours and the person is very slow in his work. I expect the facility to improve coordination between the team and doctors, ensure accurate information is provided to patients, and maintain better service standards.

I had a very good experience with DR. PRIYANKA at Advanced Care Medical Center in Jabel Ali. She was very professional, kind, and patient throughout the consultation and treatment. She explained everything clearly and made me feel comfortable during the procedure. The treatment was smooth and almost painless. The clinic staff were also friendly and supportive. I highly recommend DR. PRIYANKA for anyone looking for excellent dental care in Jabel Ali.
