I’m very disappointed with the lack of proper communication I received. Before visiting, I called and explained my situation clearly, even sending a photo of my dentist’s prescription. Alex confirmed that I could purchase the medicine directly, which is the only reason I proceeded with the trip. However, upon arrival, I was told that a consultation with their dentist was required—information that was never mentioned during the call. Instead of acknowledging the oversight, Alex denied any responsibility. This miscommunication caused an unnecessary inconvenience and reflects poorly on the clinic’s professionalism.
Advanced care medical center I went for treatment with a sick body and when I told the nurse there about the zoar in the body, she did not do any test, and even after telling the doctor, she gave medicine without any kind of test, and the doctor did not even ask to visit the mountain, their system is irregular, the medical system is not good.
Lady staffs are not behaving properly with us patient and noticed the same to all of the patients Treatment is good Doctor is also good only the inappropriate behaviour by the staffs towards patient is not good.
Thank you doctor jomy ,i came with my friend for a check-up and he was feeling very sick and tired. I went to this doctor and he checked him nicely. He gave him medicine and told what to do. After he started feeling much better.The doctor listened carefully and didn’t rush.he explained things in a way we could understand, without using big medical words. I like that he treats us with respect.
