I recently had a root canal done by Dr. Ligy Babu, and I’m really happy with the experience. I was nervous at first, but her calm, friendly nature immediately made me feel comfortable. She explained everything clearly and took the time to answer all my questions. The treatment itself was smooth and painless, and I never felt rushed. I genuinely recommend Dr. Ligy Babu to anyone looking for a caring and skilled dentist.
I've never expected that I'll encounter such lack of professionalism and empathy in a medical field . I can't speak about the other doctors but the "dentist" MINNUANGEL THOMAS denied me treatment twice , the first time because she wanted to go home ( I was there 3 hours before the clinic closes) and when I got back after a couple of days (because of the pain) , she denied me again saying that she feels sick and she would just give me pain killers . The receptionist NAGESH is not even capable of communicating properly , and they were both rude especially after I asked for my money to be refunded , I only had the X-ray, yet they added other things to my bill . And after all that I called for a complain but apparently even management are friends with the doctor , MR Raouf tried to solve the issue but kept defending the "dentist" and even said "it's not your concern if the doctor goes home earlier" . I just wanted to share my awful experience here but I'll do my best to keep it further going and they will hear from The health care authorities , I've never complained before but this is not some restaurant or a hotel , this is a medical field and it's very dangerous to have this kind of negligence and rudeness towards any patient . It's not remotely close to the UAE health care standards that I'm accustomed to .

Dr. Richard is excellent and provides high quality dental services. He is very skilful and makes every dental visit a plesent experience, be it root canal or fixing of crowns.
