I have been visiting Dr. Aalim for my self for sinus and for son's cold, cough, and wheezing, The doctor is not only knowledgeable and professional, but also incredibly kind and patient — especially with children. There is a new technique this clinic has developed recently . They are sending the medicines after 1 week from consultation and that too after regular follow up. I had consultation last Sunday and my son's health is not improving. Till today they have not sent medicine.They just want to buy more time so that they can get utilise the money we pay. Their service is also getting worst and medication is also not upto the mark like before. Please think twice before going there. My son's medicine is finished over a week and didnot receive it until now. Yesterday i had online appointment,Dr didnot show up. I waited for amost 20 min. After asking i was rescheduled for today. Same thing today. Dr is not available in the chat until i sent the message. I should not have paid in advance for the full year. After u pay in advance u r the least bothered patient.
