DubaiMed AI Analysis

Mostly positive older reviews report strong, individualized yoga and therapy results for back, neck and knee pain as well as stress relief; however there is very limited current information (no website) and a recent complaint that the center is closed. Evidence is therefore promising but sparse and partially out-of-date.

Best For

Patients looking for yoga-based therapy and meditation for chronic musculoskeletal pain and stress, who can verify current operation before visiting.

Pros

  • Multiple reviewers report meaningful pain relief (knee, neck, shoulder, back) after sessions
  • Several mentions of individualized attention and well-trained teachers/therapists
  • Offers meditation/stress-relief classes in addition to yoga

Considerations

  • No website content or credential information available
  • Recent reviewer claims the center is closed and listings (Google/ClassPass) are outdated

The place where I experienced that yoga is not only for fitness but also does great job on mind. Cool atmosphere, well trained teachers, lively yoga sessions. The meditation and stress relief classes are really superb.

Amazing experience . I had severe knee issues . The issue is not o ly resolved I feel Lot more flexible and active throughout the day . The sessions are too good . The teacher gives personal attention to every issue we have . The cure along with Ayurvedic treatment is way too good . Very unlikely to receive such good service anywhere .

I had neck, shoulder and arm pain and the therapist Suresh Master and Jinesh Master took care of me so well and healed the pain in a weeks time. Best place to pamper yourself. Instead of medicines and pain killers, treat your body gently with Yoga. I strongly recommend this place.
