Patient Experience30
Clinical Quality45
Facilities & Cleanliness40
Access & Convenience30

Trust & Credentials45

Multiple consistent complaints about reception, waiting times and some hygiene concerns pulled the patient-experience and access scores down; there is limited positive clinical detail and no website/credential evidence, so clinical quality and trust are rated modestly rather than high.

I had a very disappointing experience at Aster Clinic due to extremely poor management and lack of proper coordination. I arrived well in time and waited for over an hour, yet the receptionist failed to even provide a token for my consultation. Despite repeated follow-ups, there was no sense of urgency or courtesy from the staff. The entire process was chaotic, and there seemed to be no proper system in place for managing patient flow or appointments. It's very frustrating and unacceptable, especially when patients come in already stressed about their health. Such negligence and lack of professionalism from the management is highly disappointing. I hope Aster Clinic takes this feedback seriously and makes immediate improvements in their administrative services.

I went there around 2:25 pm, I don't know the reason but the reception guy was too busy with system and not bother to check both of us standing and waiting for him. I waited 2-3 mins and leave the clinic.

Very poor service. Waiting time is 1 hour even no patents. Receptionist are very lazy and rude, poor behavior towards patients. Lack of hygiene, treating patients and doing the cleaning at the same time. Overall staff is very lazy, need to hire a good receptionist having manners how to behave and talk with patients

I am going to Access Clinic since last about 2 years but I am not happy with their Reception Services. There are two guys who are taking your Insurnce Card/Emirates ID to register your details, but both are very lethargic and nobody is there to look after them. No Doctor is involved to see what type of Service they are giving. Today (05/09/2020) I went at 8.20 to get test my Fasting blood for diabetes. There were only 6 people waiting but the Reception Staff (one was busy in setting Printer and he was busy on his Mobile and another was talking to somebody). Even after sitting for half an hour when my turn has not come, I went to the Staff and told them that I want to give my Fasting blood so please do the needful immediately but they replied me arrogantly "There are other patients also waiting, so you wait.." After waiting for 10 more minutes I asked to see the Doctor and they showed me Dr. Kamraz Raza cabin. I went to Dr. Kamran and told him and he said I will talk to them. Then he talked to the Reception Staff through Intercom. I went to Receiption again and one of the staff has taken my Emirates ID again and kept below the other cards and asked me to wait. Then they called other person to register his case. I again waited for ten more minutes but as I saw they are not doing anything for me, I again went to Dr. Kamran Raza and told him "What is going on in your Clinic !! I am on Fasting and you are not listening and your Reception Staff is not doing anything...I am waiting for more than 55 minutes..." Dr. Kamran Raza told me without listening me and understanding my matter...."There are other patience also and they may be on fasting too...so you have to wait..." I am very surprised to hear this...as a Doctor he was not ready to understand even I told him that I am already late by one hour in giving my fasting blood. For 6 people in waiting why it takes more than one hour for them to register the case ? Nobody is looking in to this and since last two years I am tolerating them like this. They are behaving on their own and nobody is responsible to see that what is going on. The Reception staff is very Rude and they are doing whatever they like.....I am now fed up with this Clinic and I have left the Clinic without giving my blood and decided to go to other clinic where they can treat the people as human being and not animals....If somebody from the Authority can read this comments about Access clinic I would request to improve the situation for the betterment of clinic otherwise so many people like me will not come back again....
