Really bad service. Please consider improving or changing the front office staff. The doctors are very good and professional, but the customer service at the reception is very disappointing. I hope management will take the necessary steps to improve the patient experience.
It’s rare to find a doctor who combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine kindness the way she does. From my first visit, I felt completely comfortable and confident in her care. Dr Amna Akram pays attention to every detail and treats her patients with real compassion. Truly an outstanding doctor and a wonderful person. Highly recommended!
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. The service was poor and the staff appeared to lack the necessary knowledge and professionalism expected from a healthcare facility. I would strongly advise others to look for an alternative clinic before choosing this one.
Very bad customer service. I visited the clinic today for a check-up. Even after my insurance approval, I had to wait several hours just to do a blood test. The staff did not manage the process properly and patients were left waiting for a long time. The clinic should improve their service and respect patients’ time.
I had a great experience at this clinic. I especially want to appreciate their receptionist — he was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming. He guided me through everything clearly and made the whole process very easy. Highly recommended!
