Hi Dear All A very weak person is sitting at the reception. He has neither ethics nor any way of doing his job. He referred me to Al-Nahadah 2 dubai amman building Taro 3 jupiter poly clinic llc on 14/10/2025 at 12:37 minutes. He did not have a doctor for the thing for which he had referred me there. So the result is a very weak receptionist. He kept being rude even during the phone call. The patient is treated with ethics and not rudeness... which he has no knowledge of at all. Only docter are good and friendly but mangment reception mangement are very poor.

I have visited many hospitals for my check-up. There are two doctors in this clinic, one is named Ijaz and the other is a girl named Christine. They are very capable and intelligent. These two doctors take care of their patients as if they take care of their own family members. And Allah Almighty always keeps such doctors under his care. Because of this, the quality of the clinic or hospital becomes higher and higher. The hospital or clinic becomes famous in the world.

I went today, 31/03/25, to the clinic. The behaviour of the reception person is very bad. He doesn't know how to speak with a lady patient. This kind of behaviour to a patient is not acceptable. By seeing my condition doctor said to give me sick leave. The reception person said he will give in normal paper and was asking for money. I said him give me online then I will otherwise I won't pay. Because he was giving normal sick leave not original one. I said I will pay in card I don't have enough cash there also he created problem. Afterwards later when I was coming back from doctor I said him you gave me stress and tension this is not good. Then he started shouting at me, and was showing his power and said he will complain to my company and said me not to come to clinic again. I said your behaviour is recorded on camera you will know everything. What is this behaviour to a patient, it's totally not acceptable. They should check the camera and take action. I am requesting the clinic authority so that it doesn't happen to any other patient.

I am here to share my honest feedback for a great person who has been seen working in this clinic, whereas he also works in our Dubai taxi company , he assisted me for my op day case procedures for hospitals in sharjah ... His guidance and planning always hit the nails on head . I truly appreciate his efforts.
