Truly remarkable bedside manner which is sometimes very hard to come by. The doctors are highly professional, knowledgeable, and caring, and the entire staff is friendly and welcoming. The clinic is well organized, and every visit has been a positive experience. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for quality medical care.
I visited this clinic in Dubai for a consultation and blood/stool tests. It’s around 10 days, and I have not received my test reports. Despite multiple follow-ups, I was repeatedly told the doctor would call back, which did not happen. Additionally, no invoice or receipt was provided for the visit and tests. The lack of communication, delays, and billing transparency caused unnecessary inconvenience and disrupted my working hours. Based on this experience, I chose not to continue treatment here.
