Abu Hail Gym

I joined this gym one year ago but I only recently started weight training with Ms. Sabitha. Before that no one gave me such good training. She is absolutely excellent and I really appreciate her hard work.

Best gym with friendly trainers and all most all the equipment are available. Today I completed 3 months training with Abuhail gym💪🏻.

Staff Professionalism I’ve been going Abu hail gym almost 2 years.Gym equipments and cleanliness is okay. I want to highlight staff attitude to the customers. Receptionist called me one day evening that “did I pay by cash or card” without introduction herself first. Said to send the payment receipt to her. She called me two times and sent several messages as well. After I sent, it is in the progress and she didn’t receive. Payment deduction progress takes one or two days is pretty normal depending on the bank. Instead of following up with me, she should have asked to the bank who can give the right answer why the transaction is delayed. Another day going to the gym, one of the gym trainer ( probably name is Srjith). He started removing my weights without even asking me that I have set up for work out. “ I asked him why you are removing that I am doing workout. He replied he was doing that and kept removing the weight. He was not there while I was setting up the weight. I told him there is another place for this why you don’t do there. He did not listen and started his workout. His behavior is rude. I asked Is it your working timing or gym timing?? He said working timing. I don’t mind he was using phone without assisting the customer. I don’t need his assistance. At least , trainer should read the situation and respect the customer. Not all the trainers from gym I meant but some staff attitudes seemed despair.

Amazing place. High quality and complete clean gym.My personal trainer picked up on the level of my fitness and adjusted the workout to suit me whilst also pushing me to my limits. He is easy to communicate with, reliable and always feel comfortable in his company. Over all vine is great and I definitely reminded them to my family friends and family.

ARROGANT STAFF! Specially the guy on the front desk! They don’t value a customer, this gym only values Money! 💰 I can’t believe my own experience, I have been coming to this gym for a year now on and off. And I got them at least 10 new customers for boxing…. Despite that the guy on the front desk chose to lose a customer like this for 25dhs. I referred 4 people to join and they told me they would give me a discount plus I could take everyday classes instead of 3 classes a week and today when I asked for my discount the guy decided to fight me for 25dhs 😂😂😂 unbelievable! I was polite and asking for his promise until he decided to get arrogant and throw 25dhs At me !!!! I’m sure no person with a dignity would want to face a similar situation after bringing benefit to the gym! I don’t usually write such long reviews but this really got to me. I quit today and I wouldn’t advice anyone to go to that place and have a similar experience! They don’t value clients they only value money!
