I've been there for Dental treatment and the service was exceptional. Dr. Habsana was one of a kind, will certainly refer others as there's no consultation fee for Dental. Front desk support people were so helpful in guiding the patients and explaining things in a subtle manner.
I’d like to share my disappointment with my visit today. I called an hour before arriving to confirm Dr. Habzana’s availability and was told the doctor was present. Based on that, I traveled 30 minutes to the clinic, only to be informed later that the doctor wasn’t there. The only reason for me to choose the place is the kind hearted dr habzana. When I asked for an explanation, the staff member (who identified himself as Kapeel) responded with attitude and did not apologize for the mistake or the inconvenience caused. While I understand errors can happen, a simple apology and respectful communication would have made a big difference. I hope you can look into this matter and ensure clearer communication in the future.

1) This Clinic is absolutely weird whenever you entered the verbal interaction with Reception guy fully misbehaving. 2) Reception guy recommend you to buy medicine from inside but don't buy I think they're not running a clinic to help people they're running to scam. And the receptionist behaviour is so rude. Please change this attitude otherwise from future I never visit this clinic. This clinic don't deserve a single ⭐ also. Management please take care of yours staff behaviours.
