I have done quite a few procedure at the Clinic, but I have to say with all honesty the reception are extremely incompetent. Making an appointment at the Clinic seems the most complicated thing on the Planet. They say they will call me back, but they didn't so after 3 hours I called them back they told me there is a different Management now and my session are expired . I have been trying for months now to make an appointment but they claim they are always busy and they never reply to the emails and the receptionists are so so rude and unhelpful and the customer service is ZERO. Stay away from these amateurs! This is not what is expected from any Clinic. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate staff
Amazing experience, excellent polyclinic with an experts staff. Easy and flexible booking schedule. Results are amazing. Consistently they have good offers. I highly recommend it.
The worst clinic, they burnt my skin without putting any medicine on the area and without asking if im okay! and they just want to finish the work without seeing if the patient feeling well or not!
