Today I had an appointment at About Skin with no plans to do any procedure. Actually, I just wanted to check the ambiance and get an idea of the cost. But to my surprise, I ended up getting convinced right away. The clinic is so cozy, and the staff are very friendly. Special thanks to Tony!! he is incredibly helpful and patiently explains all the procedures, costs, and details without making you feel rushed! Superrrr. He answers nonstop questions with a smile and truly makes you feel comfortable. 👏🏻 And of course, Dr. Ken his hands are so light like i swear! and he carefully explains every step of the procedure and the machines he uses. He is very accommodating and reassuring, which made the whole experience even better.💯 What I appreciate most is that even though the clinic is quite far from my home, they truly respect your time. When you book an appointment, they follow it exactly no long waiting time at all. They really make you feel like a valued patient. I was only supposed to have one session, but guess what?! I ended up booking 4 sessions with 3 different procedures because of the amazing service and outcome! Look for Tony! He is definitely your guy if you have endless questions and he'll assist you without any complaints. Can’t wait to come back for my next session! ✨💕☺️
