The staff, especially the reception team on the first floor, were extremely rude, unhelpful, and showed no basic courtesy or professionalism. Instead of assisting patients, they spoke harshly and behaved as if they did not care at all. What concerned me even more was the lack of proper medical attention. After my IV drip was started, the nurse was not present to monitor my condition. I was left alone for a long time without any supervision, which made me feel unsafe and neglected. If any complication had occurred, there would have been no staff available to respond. Patient care should be the top priority in any healthcare facility, but unfortunately this clinic failed to provide even basic standards of care, communication, and respect. I strongly hope the management takes this feedback seriously, improves staff behavior, and ensures nurses properly attend to patients during treatment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this clinic.
