I and very bad experience with them as they are nor professional at all , I had strong symptoms of infection ,and they contacted me on whatsapp saying to me they will do both urine & swap test, the nurse she arrived home collected only the urine she told me no need for the swap, and the result were all not detected ,by the symptoms of sever itchiness and green secretion ,she collected the money & the urine rest and left. Supposed ro send the result as promised within two to three hours ,but they send it rhe next day , the test which I did was exactly for the type common bacteria detection known they are late to do the exam test for the urine , rhe doctor she wanted me ro pay again one more time to do the swap that I should have done ir yesterday, and she wanted me ri pay one more time ,it's like thy are pmahing game with the patient ro make them pay more money by repeating the exam pr
