extremely terrible experience. i have sent my prescription at 1pm and requested them to deliver at 6pm. i have sent multiple follow ups till 8pm and no single response received from their branch. i have sent a follow up through their main customer service whatsapp number and they have told me that medicine will be delivered in 60-90 mins. at 10 pm the medicines still didnt arrived and told me it will take 45 mins more.. not again with 800 pharmacy.
