I visited the Golden Mile branch today to buy D-Mannose because I have some urinary tract discomfort and I already knew exactly what I needed However when I asked the female staff member for it she immediately started trying to sell me other products such as probiotics and another item I did not even understand clearly attempting to push more expensive products instead of simply helping with my request This is not honest or professional behavior Thankfully when the pharmacist heard my request he searched for the product and eventually provided a product containing D-Mannose although the concentration was lower than what I was looking for I am very disappointed with this experience I will visit your pharmacy again but if I find the same girl there behaving in the same way I will not return again and I will advise my friends and residents in the Palm area not to visit this pharmacy I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that customer trust and professional ethics are respected
Update: Thank you 800 Pharmacy team for the clarification. --+++-- Closing time stated as 0:00 however, I visited yesterday at 23:00 and it was closed! I walked to the far end of the mall in vain. Please respect the Patient time.
During our holiday, we visited the pharmacy several times for different issues (quite unfortunately), and each time, the pharmacist was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. We truly appreciate your advice, thank you so much! We highly recommend this place to anyone in need.
Standards have really slipped. Call centre is efficient but they don't seem to have enough delivery drivers. They say 60-90 minutes but it always takes hours more now. Better to use another pharmacy.
Terrible pharmacy. They got approval from my insurance company to deliver medication but never did. Because they had processed the approval, when I went to another pharmacy to get my medication, they could not process it because 800 pharmacy had already so they couldnt give me the meds. I had to call 800 pharmacy to see if they could deliver the meds or cancel the approval (so I could get them elsewhere) and despite giving them all the info (including my EID) they said they need to check in their system before doing anything. 3 days and still no meds. Would not wish for anyone ill to be in the same situation. Avoid a headache and get your meds somewhere else.
