Very disappointing experience. The pharmacy sent the wrong medication, and after we reported the mistake and returned it, they told the delivery driver that the cost would be deducted from his salary. This was their error, not his. It’s unfair to make employees pay for the pharmacy’s mistakes, especially when they earn very little. Poor service, lack of accountability, and negligence. I would not recommend ordering from them.
Very bad experience. The pharmacy claims to be open 24 hours with a doctor available, but there was no doctor at all. After more than one hour, they sent the order to the wrong location, even though my building is only 5 minutes away from the pharmacy. They kept lying about the items and the delivery time. All they care about is making a sale, they clearly do not care about the customer’s health. When I asked to speak to the manager, they refused. This was a very big mistake to order from this pharmacy. I will never order from them again, and I do not recommend them to anyone
