I had my first visit yesterday and it was one of the best experiences so far! Unlike the others, imagine a gym which has peace, silence and best interior design. I loved the decoration and musics as well. The cleanliness is over the top level, that you cannot even imagine. I saw some machines never seen before. The receptionist lady was very kind and helpful. I will continue visiting. But please stay open at least 1 hour longer per day.
A gym that is fully equipped. Classy and chic. Clean with amazing service. The team is extremely sweet and professional. Amazing locker rooms that are very clean and modern. I would really appreciate if there was the decline chest press and fly's machine for the chest. Thank you again for having me and constantly improving. My initial experience with the gym was good since it is usually kept clean and has all necessary equipments. The problem started when I booked one group class online and could not attend due to an injury I sustained while working out in the gym. The gym expected me to pay a fine for missing a group class! This was something unheard of and I considered it totally and unfair practice which was not communicated at the time of joining etc. My experience thereafter only went downhill with the management having zero concern for a customer walking away for such a minor issue rather than accommodating and letting it pass one time for a new joiner. Rule would have remained ridiculous but atleast I would have known about it and been careful! The gym never called back to enquire if I was returning or tried to resolve the issue. Very unusual for such an experience in Dubai. Wish them all the best and hope a better gym opens in the neighbourhood.
I have been a member of 51 gym for over 3 years and I love it. It is well maintained, has good equipment and the staff is also very nice and friendly.
A nice experience being lead by my friend Haitham for a tough cycling session! The 51 gym is impressive in design, style, and setup. The layout is really nice with rooms for each activity and a gym area with the latest and greatest machines. A boutique gym with great packages for everyone. Hope to try the other classes soon!
