I was initially charged 273 AED for a very basic blowout that didn’t even last two hours. When I questioned it, the staff were rude and dismissive instead of handling it professionally. The stylist herself admitted the correct price should have been 135 AED, which made the situation even more frustrating. Instead of fixing the mistake, the rest of the staff argued and even suggested washing my hair again—as if that would solve anything—while still insisting I pay for the wash regardless. In the end, I paid 135 AED, but only after an unnecessary and unpleasant confrontation. On top of that, the place is extremely overpriced for what it offers and looks quite run-down inside. Overall, completely unprofessional and absolutely not worth it.
I went to the salon for a treatment, and upon arriving, I was advised that the treatment would damage my hair. So I must say it was good to be advised by a professional about what I wanted to do; perhaps the consequences would have been worse, and I would have blamed the salon. Therefore, I give 5 stars for explaining the procedure and advising clients correctly and honestly.
I’m a regular client of 4Girls, Nasiba takes care of my hair monthly and I couldn’t be more happy. My white hair well died, the products are making my hair glowing and smooth. Once in a while, I like to give some “sun touch”, and the result comes up very natural. Also, it is good to have some additional advice how to take care of my hair at home. Thank you :)
I went for a full set if get acrylics here yesterday with gel which took 2 and a half hours! She asked why I don't get waxed because my arms were hairy which was rude! I then got to the till to be charged 430 aed for my nails!!! Absolute rip off. The side of a nail has chipped already! I went there as it was recommended as cheap. Its the most expensive place I've known now and it was actually quite scruffy inside. I will never return here. So angry!
The girls were great! I can be a bit picky about my nails and they listened to my needs. I need short nails for work and they did great!
