I purchased a 4-month membership in good faith, but shortly after, I had to relocate from Dubai to Abu Dhabi due to unexpected work circumstances. I contacted the management respectfully and explained everything clearly. I was not asking for a refund. I only requested to transfer the remaining membership to my cousin so the paid membership would not be wasted. However, the management refused every possible solution without any flexibility or consideration. The biggest issue is that at the time of purchase, nobody clearly informed me about any strict “no refund” or “no transfer” policies. Important conditions like these should be explained transparently before taking customers’ money. Hiding such information until a problem happens feels misleading and unfair to customers. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor and unprofessional. There was no real attempt to understand the situation or help in any way. The attitude felt careless once the payment was completed. A professional business should value honesty, transparency, and customer care — especially in genuine situations outside the customer’s control. Sadly, my experience showed the opposite. I would not recommend this place based on how they handle customers after payment is completed.

One staff member assisted me in arranging a free trial after confirming it through WhatsApp, and the receptionist honored it when I arrived, which I really appreciated. The gym isn’t very crowded, so you can exercise without waiting long or feeling rushed. Overall, it’s not exactly my personal preference, but it may suit others who prefer a quieter gym environment. I recommend trying their one pass-day as trial first so you can decide if it fits your needs.

The **trainer professionalism is very disappointing**. Evening staff are often unhelpful, disengaged, and at times demotivating when assistance is requested. In the mornings, there is little to no trainer support available. What is more concerning is the **condition and maintenance of certain equipment**, which raises **serious health and safety concerns**. Fitness facilities in Dubai are expected to comply with regulations set by the Dubai Sports Council and the Dubai Municipality (Health & Safety Department). Based on my experience, I strongly question whether all standards are being consistently met. The sales process creates a positive impression, but the reality after joining is completely different. I committed to an 8-month membership, but due to the ongoing issues, I no longer feel confident using this facility.
